The inaugural conference will be held at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum in Nashville, TN from Thursday February 20, 2025, to Saturday, February 22, 2025, and is purposefully designed to create a fun, informative, and innovative experience that aims to meaningfully engage academic and community practitioners alike.

This two-day CME/CE event is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge needed to confidently navigate the increasingly complex treatment landscapes across hematologic malignancies and manage patients through therapy. Attendees will examine current standards of care and determine how recent data sets may impact their treatment algorithms across various lymphoid and myeloid malignancies. Engaging lectures focused on evolving standards of care, treating relapse after initial therapy, translating T-Cell redirecting therapies into community practice, and treating later relapse will help community practitioners translate new research and innovations within the realm of hematology to practice. Hot topics including health policy, MRD in hematologic malignancies, controversies in treating and much more will also be explored through the community lens.
